Hi there, I plan to get either D300s or D7000 to replace my old camera
Both of them are almost the same, besides the focus point, iso and the pixel.

need some advices from you guys. What do you do think?

I will go with D7000. Body wise is more or less same. D7000 this time comes with most of the pro features like D300s, just smaller sized body.

Sensor wise, no doubt the D7000 is superior to D300s. New versus old technology. For the AF system, not sure if the new AF is faster or not (although lesser points).

dont think is that expensive lar.
went YL yesterday, they said is around rm4300-rm4500
dont think is worth it to pay rm5500 for d7000, save abit more get d700 better ^^

I have a fren who bought d7000 from us and convert in to MYR is just around rm5k with kit lens.

Some stuffs is cheaper in US, eg the 85mm f/1.4G. But some other stuffs for example 16-35 f/4 VR is more pricey in Malaysia. (Comparison between RRP).
