Hmmmm why worry.. newer cameras have the dust removal filter.
SSWF - Super Sonic Wave Filter (Olympus)

You will be collecting dust with the exposed end of the lense and mounting it to the body.. what's the diff?

maybe this technique is for event.... quick swapping make you waste lesser time....

however, this technique is not applicable to heavy weight and big lens such as 70-200...
i don't think i have enough power to change from my UWA to prime also lol!

I've practicing this kind of changing lense technique for a few months. it is very fast & convenience, especially at event... no need to find a table or anyplace to put the lens that been changed out, while putting on another lense...you can take 2 lense in 1 hand. changing ur lens anywhere & with limited space...especially when the place is very pack, eg:concert, this skill will be very usefull...

I would say only possible when it is either you've a huge hands or kit lens. Imagine the bigger lens would be impossible and risky for that. In the video is all kit lens, so probably possible only huge hands like angmoh + a pair of kit lens (not to mention his setup is light too).

I cannot risk my lens for doing such a dangerous move. DO NOT TRY IF YOU HAVE EXPENSIVE LENS!
