Need to make sure your DSLR can support UDMA6 first, I think only the recent models like D300s supports it.

D300 got very big buffer, don't really need such high speed card I guess.

Unless you burst in RAW, you need these type of card I think. But if mostly jpeg, those types like Extreme III would be able to handle already.

Not at the moment for me, i prefer another 8/16GB.

me too.. i prefer smaller capacity around 8-16GB.. specially for event.. cause some card tends to have problem.. at lease won't lost all information if problem occur
