Having slow shutter doesn't mean you can go with slower shutter like you have VR/IS. Basically the rear curtain flash will make the object sharp, but if shake too much will still be able to see the shadows.

yea la...i though got flash then the speed can be more slow...tat y my photo blur...next time need adjust more fast speed...

Can try, but you need to do rear curtain. But if do rear curtain I think it'll be slow sync already. Maybe 1/2s or something depending.

I think he is using TTL/TTL BL. His manual means shooting in manual mode.

U got the point but i dun think this issue bother me a lot... that's where auto AF system came in also.. hahaha.... Wad i wan is IS available even i'm using my RM200 lens.. that's worht the trouble dy... Muahahhaa....
