1 disadvantage of having IS on body is, when using telephoto like 150-300, the viewfinder will keep shaking and u cant 100% sure whether ur subject is in focus or not
but with IS on lens, the viewfinder is stabilized one....

Having slow shutter doesn't mean you can go with slower shutter like you have VR/IS. Basically the rear curtain flash will make the object sharp, but if shake too much will still be able to see the shadows.

yea la...i though got flash then the speed can be more slow...tat y my photo blur...next time need adjust more fast speed...

U got the point but i dun think this issue bother me a lot... that's where auto AF system came in also.. hahaha.... Wad i wan is IS available even i'm using my RM200 lens.. that's worht the trouble dy... Muahahhaa....
